Attorney-at-law Paweł Granecki is the author of the commentary to the Polish Public Procurement Law: ”Public Procurement Law-commentary”, which is often invoked in the verdicts of the National Board of Appeal (KIO) and the district courts (sądy okręgowe). Due to the popularity of the commentary it has already been published in 4 editions.

Paweł Granecki is also the co-author of the following books and manuals:
