Depending on the needs and abilities of our Clients, we offer a permanent or ad hoc cooperation. The ad hoc cooperation may include performing a particular task (for example verifying the documentation, writing a legal opinion) or complex legal aid covering the entire tender procedure for the award of a public contract. Permanent cooperation is understood as legal aid provided by our Law firm for the time individually set with the Client.

The efficiency of our Firm in the use of the public procurement law remedies , ie. the appeal before the National Board of Appeal (Krajowa Izba Odwoławcza) and the complaints before the district Courts is high and in the recent years it was as high as approximately 80%. The positive recognition of the remedies lodged by our Firm makes it possible for our Clients to win a public tender, which contributes to the fact that our Law firm is considered to be highly effective.

In the spectrum of its activity, our Law firm also performs procedures for the Contracting parties according to the article 15.2. of the Polish Public Procurement Law. As a result, we are given proxy from a Contracting party and on its behalf we prepare or perform a tendering procedure.

In addition, we apply patterns from European law firms’ practice regarding public tenders. At the moment of the publication of a tender notice, we are given proxy from our Client-a Contractor and we act on his behalf- we pose questions on the Specification of the Important Terms of the Contract, we submit his offer, we participate actively in the examination and the evaluation of the tender offers and if needed, we make use of legal protection measures- all this has the purpose of ensuring that our Client is the one who is going to win a specific tender.
