PAWEŁ GRANECKI

Attorney-at-law Paweł Granecki is inscribed on the list of the Warsaw Bar Association.

He began his career in 1991 . Initially, he gained professional experience in public finance sector units , which allowed him to acquire valuable experience in the field of Public Procurement Law. He specializes in Public Procurement Law since 1995. In 2005 he was awarded the Silver Cross of Merit by the President of Poland Aleksander Kwasniewski.

Currently, Paweł Granecki conducts his independent Law Firm specializing in Public Procurement Law. In addition , he shares his knowledge and experience by giving lectures on Polish Public Procurement Law. He has already conducted lectures, among others, at the Higher School of Public Administration in Łódź and at the Public Procurement Law Institute. Currently, Paweł Granecki gives lectures on Public Procurement Law both at the Warsaw University Postgraduate Public Procurement Law Studies Centre and at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań postgraduate studies in the field of Public Procurement.

Due to his long-term experience in the field of public procurement, Paweł Granecki has been appointed to be the expert at the parliamentary committees on Amendments to the Public Procurement Law.

Paweł Granecki is renowned for his wide knowledge and experience in the field of public procurement. As a result, he is regularly invited to participate in numerous seminars , trainings and conferences as an expert and lecturer. He was one of the speakers at the VII Public Procurement Forum in 2012, VIII Public Procurement Forum in 2013, Public Works Building Forum in 2014, IX Public Procurement Forum in 2014, The twentieth anniversary of the Public Procurement system Forum in 2014, II Public Works Building Forum in 2015, he also was one of the experts during the X Public Procurement Forum in 2015.

Paweł Granecki is the author of many publications in the field of Public Procurement Law . He is the author of the widely acclaimed commentary on Public Procurement Law : " Public Procurement Law - commentary"-very frequently quoted by both the National Board of Appeal (KIO) and district courts. So far four editions of the commentary have been published. In addition, Paweł Granecki is the author of 5 books in the field of public procurement. For many years, he has also been regularly publishing articles in trade press, among others: in Przegląd Samorządowy Monitor Zamówień publicznych, Public tenders (Przetargi Publiczne) , Gazeta Prawna , Rzeczpospolita.
